Return and exchange

Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent in – brand new, unused, unwashed, odorless, with original tags attached. After inspection, if they meet these conditions, we will offer a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

⚠ Important:
Products that are made to individual measurements are not subject to return or exchange.

💳 Refund:
The amount will be refunded via bank transfer, using the details provided in the return form. If the bank account is in a foreign bank and no Bulgarian alternative is specified, the costs of the SWIFT transfer will be at the customer's expense.

Our quality standard:

Every BECARRA product is created with attention, precision and care for detail.
Please be careful when trying on the clothes. If the returned items have stains or damage, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care. To maintain the quality of the products, follow the care instructions indicated on the labels.
